Nice! That makes sense to me… this is apparently the most controversial opinion in this post… to me, if it’s not “right or wrong” but more or less an accent… I find it strange to adopt an entirely different accent than your normal one for ONE word. It just feels cringy for the most part. I live in Mexico now and my accent is getting better all the time, but I still want to sound like me. Not like I’m doing a weird impersonation of a Oaxacan person… if that makes sense…
