I agree with a lot of this. I also think the common advice (it's even in this post) of PUBLISH AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE... isn't helping. If every writer is posting every day, it's a lot harder to find whats worth reading, (ie. it's a lot harder for readers to find both mine and your best pieces)
