Check out the yoga app downdog. I do yoga about twice a week to help with my flexibility and knee problems (I've had 3 surgiers from playing competitive sports) and it's amazing... I prefer it to going to classes because if I have 20 minutes free in my morning I can be doing yoga 30 seconds after I decide that I want to.
