Agree. I can think of iconic older women like Joan Didion or Patti Smith who have embraced aging... and are still gracing magazine covers. I also understand it's hard to accept it in this society... but seeing Patti Smith handle her old vs. Madonna... I prefer the Patti Smith version by a mile.
