There’s a lot of advice out there when it comes to our health these days. With the rise of podcasters and social media influencers, the amount of advice in the ether is at an all-time high.

Health influencers, trainers, yoga instructors, and everyone building a platform around health and wellness are giving you their top tips and hot takes when it comes to getting ripped — just like them!
